He has been qualified as an expert witness in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, and Jefferson County District Courts.

He has been qualified as an expert witness in numerous district courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court. His expertise includes a wide variety of property types including: office, industrial-warehouse, retail, special, use and vacant land. He has been affiliated with the Appraisal Institute or its predecessors for 40 years, serving as President of the Colorado Chapter in 1995.
